We understand your project will not be sold, and therefore is a not for profit venture. Therefore, we grant permission to record/re-print the music without paying a royalty.

We request the following:

1. Please forward us two copies of the recording and/or book upon completion

2. Craig's credit should include:
a. Appropriate song title (noted above - ie. L'cha Dodi)
b. Original album on which the song appears (ie. Friday Night Live)
c. Music and Lyrics by Craig Taubman
d. © Sweet Louise Music BMI

3. You agree to contact us if the nature of the use of this song should change (i.e. the project becomes a for profit venture)

4. We have a favored nations understanding (i.e. no other artists writers or performers on the recording are being remunerated)

5. We ask that you make a contribution of $72 per song, per 1000 copies (or $36 per song per 100-500 copies for smaller projects) to Friday Night Live. Please mail us a check made out to Sinai Temple and send to the following address:
